  • Local to OC?

    For convenient local pick-up, choose Free Local Pick-Up at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 2-4 hours daily until 7 p.m. You'll receive a notification once your order is prepared. Pick up at OC Post Box Yorba Linda (21520 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda 92887). Upon arrival, text Lauren at (714) 202-7126, and your order will be brought to your door.

Where Are Orders Shipped To?

Merely Mystic currently ships orders within the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders  placed Monday to Friday  before 1 P.M. PST,  will be processed and shipped out the SAME DAY!!  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped out the following business day (Monday).

How Are Orders Shipped ?

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Please note the  shipping & delivery times displayed at checkout, are estimated shipping/delivery windows, not guaranteed. There might  current disruptions with USPS, or weather warnings that may cause delays . Merely Mystic is not liable for any delayed shipments. 

Can Orders Be Cancelled ?

 Due to the quick turn around time, orders can't be modified, or cancelled once they have been placed. 

Is there a local pick up option ?

Currently there are two shipping options, plus a free local pickup option if you are local to Orange County, CA.

What if my order is missing or lost?

We are so sorry if your order was lost during transit and would like to make this transition as painless and easy as possible. Merely Mystic is not responsible for orders that were lost or damaged in transit. For lost or damaged orders please file a claim directly with USPS.
