DAMAGED ITEMS?

If you received a damaged product, first please know that we truly apologize for any inconvenience it may bring. We know that it is super exciting to receive your order, and then upsetting when you notice there is damage or defects. Please know that we will do our best to help resolve this issue ASAP with as little stress and steps as possible.  

Before orders are shipped out, we thoroughly inspect all items for any defects, imperfections, and damages. However, in some circumstances it may have been overlooked, or occurred in transit. 

As soon as you receive your order, please check for any damages. If your package was clearly trampled or damaged in transit (holes, rips, tears in poly mailer), please contact USPS to report a claim directly with them. Claims must be made within 60 days. If your order was received in good condition, and there is damage to a particular product, please send an email to Lauren at connect@merelymystic.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to put your name and order number in the subject line of the email. In your email, please  clearly describe the damage along with 2-3 pictures that shows the damage, or defect. 

You will receive a response within 2-4 hours from our team discussing how to resolve the issue. If the product is no longer in stock, we can work on getting you a full refund, store credit or exchange for an item that is available. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we will work diligently to find a solution that works for you. 

Please note that all jewelry and accessories excluding handbags and purses (pouches, backpacks, totes) are FINAL SALE. Jewelry products might have some variations. We try to take as many vivid pictures to show different angles to best display the variations and color. Any jewelry that has any slight imperfections, epoxy bubbles or slight scratches will be noted in detail with pictures and will be in the tab 'Slight Imperfections' with a high discount.
