RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Merely Mystic, we want you to be just as excited about your order as we are; however, if you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return certain items for a full refund, or store credit depending on what you purchased. Please review the guidelines below for more details regarding the process. There are different processes for for FULL REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT, so be sure to keep reading.
For both full refunds and store credit, you must send an email to Lauren at connect@merelymystic.com with your name and order number in the subject line to initiate the process. Return requests will be either approved or denied within one business day, please do not send any items back until you have received a confirmation mail. Any orders returned without prior request will be refused and sent back.
Please note any items that are FINAL SALE, may not be returned for a refund or store credit (see below for more information regarding FINAL SALE products).
Once we have received and inspected your items, your store credit or full refund will be processed within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the store credit, or full refund process has been initiated, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply click on the link, print out the label, place it on your package and drop it off at the nearest post office or mail drop location.
The customer is fully responsible for shipping on any returns, and it will be deducted from your store credit or refund. You will be notified of the shipping fee during the process. Original shipping fees paid when the order was purchased is not refundable.
If you are local to Orange County, CA, local returns are also available to save on shipping. You must still follow the process above by emailing connect@merelymystic.com wait, for approval and arrangements can be made to set up a time for the in person return at the OC Post Box.
ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND:
Must send an email to connect@merelymystic.com initiating the return process within 15 days of the postmark date (date it was delivered) If we receive an email after the 15 days, then it may qualify for store credit only if it meets the store credit requirements.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, makeup, deodorant, alterations, and foul smells.
- Original tags must be attached
- No items that were purchased using a promo code of any amount.
- Swimwear & Lingerie must have the lining when returned.
- If a free gift was sent with your purchase, it must be returned as well.
- No FINAL SALE items.
ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT:
Must send an email to connect@merelymystic.com initiating the return process within 30 days of the postmark date (date it was delivered). If we receive an email after the 30 days, it will not be able to be returned for store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, makeup, deodorant, alterations, and foul smells.
- Items that were purchased with a discount code between 10% to 20%. Store credit is not offered on products that were purchased with a promo code of more than 20%.
- Swimwear & Lingerie must have the lining when returned.
- If a free gift was sent with your purchase, it must be returned as well.
- Original tags must be attached.
- No FINAL SALE items.
- Any order that has been delivered over 30 + days.
- Any items that have been worn, washed, have pet hair, makeup, deodorant or any other stains or foul smells.
- Jewelry (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, any body jewelry)
- Hair accessories.
- Any items that are marked on sale or were purchased with a promo code over 20%.
- Swimwear & Lingerie without the lining.
